Designer Julien Macdonald collaborated with one of the most famous fast food chains in the world (and almost surname sharing) McDonald’s.

The designer has created a bespoke burger box for their Signature Collection (featuring gourmet burgers). The design is “sumptuous” as McDonald’s calls it.

“I drew inspiration from my fashion creations and iconic embellished red carpet dresses. This was translated into a gold baroque crystal encrusted box, which is the perfect packaging for the luxury McDonald’s Signature Collection burger.” Julien said of his creation.

The launch is today in McDonald’s Leicester Square flagship restaurant, in London.

Everlane, the online retailer known for its producing and selling ethics announced today a Denim Collection for women and men, to be launched on September 7th.

Keeping its core features, Everlane denim is manufactured sustainably in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, at Saitex a Silver LEED certified factory that recycles 98% of its water, air dries every pair of jeans, and relies on alternative energy to create premium denim—minus the waste. The collection is made from premium 11 oz. denim fabric sourced in Japan with a holds-you-in feel—and just a touch of stretch.

Each pair will be priced at a nice $68. Everlane denim will be available on in addition to dedicated denim concept shops starting September 7th.
